Clocking In and Out with Zon Staff Management

Zon Staff Management offers a secure and efficient way for staff members to clock in and out directly through the Shopify POS system. Follow the steps below to accurately record staff attendance using the app.

How to Clock In:

Open the Shopify POS App

• Launch the POS app on your device.

Log In with POS PIN

• Enter your assigned POS PIN to access the POS system.

Access Zon Clock In/Out

• On the main POS dashboard, locate the Zon app tiles.

• Select the Zon Clock In/Out tile to open the clock in/out interface.

Enter Staff PIN

• When prompted, enter the unique PIN associated with your staff profile in Zon Staff Management.

Confirm Clock In

• Upon successful PIN verification, the system will confirm that you have clocked in. Your working hours will now be tracked.

How to Clock Out

Return to Zon Clock In/Out

• At the end of your shift or break, access the Zon Clock In/Out tile again from the POS dashboard.

Enter Staff PIN

• Enter your staff PIN to verify your identity.

Confirm Clock Out

• Click Clock Out. The system will record your clock out time, completing your shift log.

Important Notes

• Each staff member must use their own unique PIN to clock in and out. This ensures accurate tracking of individual attendance and working hours.

• If you encounter any issues with your PIN or access, please contact your store manager or administrator for assistance.
