🛃How can Exchange be managed with Zon on Shopify?🤔

You can manage exchanges through the Zon app in the same way as returns. Your clients will follow the same steps, click on "Initiate Return" and complete the process as explained above. The only difference is that, in the "Return Payment Method" section, they will select "Exchange" instead of a refund.

After selecting "Exchange," your clients will choose another product with which they wish to exchange the original item. Once they've made their selection, they will click "Submit Return" to complete the process.

Once your client submits the exchange request, you will receive it in the "Returns & Exchange" tab of Zon app. You can review the request by clicking on the corresponding "Req ID."

After reviewing the request, you can either approve or decline it based on your assessment.

Once the exchange request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to your client. If they choose "Ship Back By Myself" as the return method, they will proceed with shipping the parcel. Upon receiving the package, you can mark it as "Package Received" and restock the item in your desired warehouse.

Once you navigate to the Shopify order section, you will see an order with the status "Partially Paid" under payment status and "On Hold" under fulfillment status.

Open the order and click on "Release Hold" to proceed with the fulfillment process.

Next, click on "Fulfill Item," enter the tracking number, select the shipping carrier, and click "Fulfill Item" to complete the process. If you'd like to notify your customer, you can check the box to send a notification.

Next, navigate to the "Returns & Exchange" tab in Zon app and open the request. Scroll down to find the option to send an invoice. Add the necessary details and send the invoice to your customer for the remaining payment.

Additionally, your customer can view all the details in their customer account, including the option for the remaining payment. They can make the payment instantly by clicking on the "Pay Now" button.

After completing the process, you can resolve the request directly from Zon app.

If a customer exchanges a product for one of lesser value, the remaining balance will be refunded either to the original payment method or as store credits, based on your chosen refund method.
