🛃How to manage Returns Via Using Shopify Point of Sale?🤔
If your customer selects the "In-Store" option for the return method when returning a product, follow these steps to manage such returns.

Open the Shopify POS app, navigate to the Settings tab, and click on "POS Apps."

Click on "Zon Customer Account & Returns" to proceed.

Click on "Add" to integrate Zon into your POS system.

If you see a request in Zon app's "Return & Exchange" tab with the return type set to "In-Store," open your Shopify POS on your mobile device and navigate to the "Orders" section.

You can search for the order using the Order ID.

Open the order and scroll down to the "Zon Return & Exchange" section.

In the "Zon Return & Exchange" section, you will find two options:
Item Received Successfully: This option marks the package as received in Zon app. You can then approve the return request in the app and complete the return process as outlined earlier.
Complete Return In-Store: Selecting this option will finalize the return directly from the store, and the request will automatically be resolved within Zon app as well.

If you choose the Complete Return In-Store option, the return request will be automatically marked as resolved and reflected as completed in the app.

If you select Item Received Successfully, the request will only be marked as "Package Received" in the app. To complete the return process, you must follow the steps outlined in the returns article. Click here to learn more.

Now, you can approve the return request and proceed with the remaining steps to finalize the return process.
