My Profile & Shifts Details in Zon Staff Management (Shopify POS)

The My Profile & Shifts details feature in Zon Staff Management provides staff members with a clear, organized, and self-service interface to view their work statistics, shift schedules, and payroll information directly from the Shopify POS. The dashboard is divided into three main tabs—Overview, Shifts, and Payroll—each presenting distinct and relevant data for staff empowerment and operational transparency.

Secure Access

  • Staff members must first log in to the Shopify POS.

  • Upon selecting the My Profile & Shifts details tile, they enter their unique PIN to authenticate and gain access to their personalized dashboard.

Date Selector

At the top of the dashboard, staff can select a Start and End Date to filter and view their data up to a specific period. This ensures all summaries and records are relevant to the chosen timeframe.

Tabbed Interface:

The interface is divided into three distinct tabs: Overview, Shifts, and Payroll. Each tab presents specific, relevant data as follows:

1. Overview Tab

The Overview tab presents a comprehensive summary of the staff member’s work activity and earnings:

  • Hours Summary:

  1. Total Hours: The total time recorded for work, including all shifts (e.g., 82h 44m 14s).

  2. Working Hours: The effective hours worked, excluding breaks (e.g., 82h 35m 1s).

  3. Break Time: The cumulative duration of breaks taken (e.g., 0h 9m 13s).

  • Attendance:

  1. Absent Days: The number of days the staff member was absent within the selected period (e.g., 9 days).

  • Earnings Summary:

  1. Base Earnings: The total base pay earned (e.g., USD825.84).

  2. Total Commission: Commission earned, if any (e.g., USD0.00).

  3. Total Bonus: Any bonuses received (e.g., USD0.00).

  4. Total Earnings: The sum of all earnings (e.g., USD825.84).

  • Payment Status:

  1. Paid Amount: Amount already paid out (e.g., USD17.25).

  2. Remaining Amount: Amount still owed (e.g., USD808.59).

This tab gives staff a clear, at-a-glance view of their overall work performance, attendance, and compensation status.

2. Shifts Tab

The Shifts tab displays detailed scheduling information:

  • Upcoming Shifts:

  • Lists all scheduled future shifts with:

  1. Date and Day (e.g., Sat, May 31, 2025)

  2. Shift Timings (e.g., 10:00:00 - 17:00:00)

  3. Location (e.g., US NY Location, Liverpool Location)

  4. Status (e.g., “Today” for the current day’s shift)

  • Past Shifts:

  • Shows previous shifts, including:

  1. Date

  2. Clock-in/Clock-out Status (e.g., “No clock in recorded”)

  3. Attendance Status (e.g., “Absent”)

This tab enables staff to track their upcoming work commitments and review their attendance and shift history.

3. Payroll Tab

The Payroll tab provides a detailed breakdown of compensation:

  • Earnings Summary:

  1. Base Earnings: Total base salary for the selected period.

  2. Commission: Total commission earned.

  3. Total Bonus: Any bonuses received.

  4. Total Earnings: Aggregate of all earnings.

  • Payment Status:

  1. Paid Amount: Amount already disbursed.

  2. Remaining Amount: Outstanding amount yet to be paid.

  • Unpaid Details:

  • Unpaid Salary: Salary not yet paid.

  • Unpaid Commission: Commission not yet paid.
