Creating Payrolls and Managing Payouts in Zon Staff Management:

Zon Staff Management provides a streamlined process for managing payroll and keeping accurate records of staff compensation. While automated payments are currently in development, you can efficiently create, track, and document all payroll activities within the app.

Accessing Payroll Details:

1. Navigate to the Payroll Tab

• From your Zon Staff Management dashboard, select the Payroll tab in the left-hand menu.

• Here, you can view a comprehensive overview of pay packages for all staff members, including salary, commissions, and payment status.

Creating Payouts for Staff Members:

1. Initiate a New Payout

• In the Payroll tab, locate the staff member you wish to create a payout for.

• Click on the Create Payouts button next to their name.

1. Review Payment Details

• The payout page will display all relevant payment details for the selected staff member, such as total earnings, commissions, and any adjustments.

• Scroll down to review the summary and ensure all information is accurate.

1. Select Payment Type and Method

• Under the payment section, choose the Payment Type (e.g., salary, commission, bonus).

• Select the Payment Method (e.g., cash, bank transfer, cheque) to document how the payment will be made.

1. Attach Payment Proof (Optional)

• If you have a receipt or proof of payment, you can upload the file directly in the payout form to maintain a complete record.

1. Save the Payout Record

• After verifying all details, click the Save button at the top of the page to finalize and record the payout.

Important Notes

• Manual Payment Required: Currently, Zon Staff Management does not process payments automatically. You must complete the payment externally (e.g., via your bank or cash) and use the app to record and track the transaction for payroll management and reporting purposes.

• Automated Payments Coming Soon: Our team is actively working on enabling automated payments within the app. This feature will be available in a future update, allowing you to process staff payments directly through Zon Staff Management.
