Creating Task Lists for Staff Members in Zon Staff Management:
Zon Staff Management enables you to efficiently create and assign task lists to your team, ensuring clear accountability and streamlined operations. Follow the steps below to set up task lists for your staff and managers:
Step 1: Navigate to the Task list Tab:
In your Zon Staff Management app, select Task list from the left-hand menu to access the task management interface.
Step 2: Initiate a New Task List
Click the Create Task List button located at the top right corner of the Task Lists page.
Step 3: Enter Task List Details
Task List Name: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your task list (e.g., "Stock checking").
Description: Provide a detailed description outlining the purpose and requirements of the task list.
Step 4: Assign to Staff and/or Managers
In the Assigned To section, select who will be responsible for completing this task list. You can assign it to staff members, managers, or both, depending on your operational needs.
Step 5: Select Locations
Choose whether this task list should be visible to all locations or only specific locations. Select the relevant locations from the available list to ensure only staff at those locations see the tasks.
Step 6: Set the Timeline
In the Timeline section, determine how frequently the task list should be completed:
Daily: Tasks must be completed every day.
Weekly: Tasks must be completed every week.
Monthly: Tasks must be completed every month.
Step 7: Add Tasks
Click the Add Task button to include individual tasks within your task list.
Enter the task details for each item. You can add multiple tasks to a single list.
Arrange the tasks in the desired order by dragging and dropping them as needed.
Step 8: Save the Task List
Once all details and tasks are added, click the Save button at the top of the page to finalize and activate your task list.

Viewing Task List Details in Zon Staff Management:
To view detailed information about a task list:
Go to the Task Lists Tab Access all task lists from the Zon Staff Management dashboard.
Click “View Details” Select the task list you want to review and click View Details.
What You’ll See:
Task List Info: Name, description, assigned staff/managers, locations, timeline, and status (active/inactive).
Date Filter: Select a specific date to view tasks for that day.
Completion Progress: Visual progress bar showing percentage of tasks completed.
Task Breakdown: List of tasks with status (pending/completed), who performed them, completion time, and notes.
Complete Task Button: For pending tasks, staff can mark tasks as completed directly from this view.
This concise overview helps managers track task completion efficiently and maintain accountability across locations and teams.
