# 💡How do staff's reports and analytics be accessed in Zon?🤔
### Accessing Staff Reports and Analytics in Zon Staff Management:
**Zon Staff Management** provides comprehensive **reporting and analytics** to help you monitor staff performance and operational efficiency. All key metrics and activity summaries are available in the **Reports** section of the app.
### How to Access Staff Reports:
1. **Navigate to the Reports Tab**
* In your **Shopify admin**, select **Zon Staff Management** from the Apps section.
* Click on the **Reports** tab in the **Zon Staff Management menu.**
2. **Overview Dashboard**
The **Overview** section displays collective data for all **staff members,** including:
* **Total number of staff**
* **Active staff count**
* **Total working hours and break times**
* **Total absents**
* **Total earnings, paid, and unpaid amounts**
* **Total leaves, commission and bonus.**
Additionally, it displays **individual staff summaries** such as **salary packages,** **total hours worked,** **total earnings,** and **total amount paid.**
**Custom Date Range**
* Adjust the **reporting period** using the **date selector** to analyze trends and performance over specific timeframes.
### Monitoring Detailed Daily Staff Activity in Zon Staff Management
**Zon Staff Management** offers robust **daily activity monitoring** to help you track and analyze staff performance with precision. The **Daily Activity** tab within the Reports section provides a **comprehensive view** of each **staff member’s activities** for any selected period.
### Accessing Daily Activity Reports
**Navigate to Reports**
* In the Zon Staff Management app, select **Reports** from the left-hand menu.
**Switch to Daily Activity Tab**
* At the top of the **Reports page**, click on the **Daily Activity** tab to access **detailed logs of staff activities** for your desired date range.
### Exporting Activity Data:
* **Export to Excel:** To facilitate further **analysis** or **record-keeping**, click the **Export** button. This allows you to **download** all daily activity details as an **Excel file** for the **selected date range.**
* **Seamless Sharing:** **Exported reports** can be shared with management, payroll, or HR teams as needed for **audits or performance reviews.**

### How to Access Staff Activity Logs
**Navigate to the Reports Section**
* From your **Shopify admin,** open the **Zon Staff Management app.**
* In the left-hand menu, click on **Reports.**
**Select the Staff Activity Tab**
* At the **top** of the **Reports page**, click on the **Staff Activity tab.**
* This tab displays a **comprehensive activity log,** including each c**lock-in, clock-out, break time, and more** for all staff members.
**Filtering and Exporting Staff Activity**
Use the **date picker** to select a **specific time range** and apply **filters** such as staff members to narrow down the results. Click the **Export** button to download the activity data in **Excel format** for **payroll, audits, or further analysis.**
