The Staff Member Overview Page in Zon Staff Management offers a comprehensive, real-time snapshot of an individual staff member’s work performance, attendance, compensation, and profile details. This centralized dashboard is designed to streamline staff management, payroll processing, and attendance tracking for merchants and managers.
Accessing Staff Member Details:
Navigate to the Staff Tab: In the Zon Staff Management, click on the Staff tab to see a list of all your employees.
Select a Staff Member: Click on the name of the staff member whose details you wish to view. This action opens the staff member’s dedicated profile dashboard.
Page Structure and Navigation:
At the top of the page, you will find three main tabs:
Overview: Displays the staff member’s key metrics, attendance, and profile information.
Commission Program: Displays the assigned commission plans and the total commission earned by the staff member under each specific program.
Payroll: Presents payroll records and payment history for the staff member.
Staff Summary Dashboard:
The Overview tab displays all essential metrics in a series of well-organized cards:
Total Earnings: The cumulative amount earned by the staff member during the selected period.
Total Hours: The total time the staff member has been clocked in, including breaks.
Working Hours: The actual hours worked, excluding break periods.
Total Break Time: The sum of all break periods taken.
Total Commission: The total commission earned through eligible activities or sales.
Paid: The amount already paid to the staff member.
Unpaid: The remaining amount yet to be paid.
Commission Plan: The commission structure assigned (e.g., “Flat 50% Off”).
Total Absents: The number of days the staff member was absent.
Unpaid Salary: The portion of salary not yet disbursed.
Total Transactions: The number of sales or transactions attributed to the staff member.
Total Bonus: Any bonuses earned during the period.
Total Leaves: The total number of leave days taken.
Paid Leaves: The number of leave days that were paid.
Unpaid Leaves: The number of leave days that were unpaid.
Staff Profile Panel:
The right panel displays the staff member’s personal and employment details:
Name, Email, Phone
Position: Job title (e.g., Manager)
Payment Method: Salary payment method (e.g., Cash)
Payroll Type: Calculation method (e.g., Hourly)
Location: Assigned work location(s)
An Edit button allows you to update the staff member’s profile information as needed.
Attendance and Activity Log:
Beneath the summary cards, you will find a detailed attendance and activity log:
Date: Each row represents a workday.
Status: Indicates whether the staff member was present (Work) or absent (Absent).
Location: The work location for the day, if applicable.
Break Time: Duration of breaks taken during the shift.
First In / Last Out: Clock-in and clock-out times for the day.
Total Hours: Total hours worked for the day.
Action:
Manual Entry: If a staff member forgets to clock in or out, merchants can add a manual time entry directly from this section. This ensures accurate attendance tracking and prevents payroll discrepancies.
Editing Clock-In/Out Times: If there is an error in the recorded times, you can edit existing clock-in or clock-out entries. Simply select the entry, update the time, and save the changes.
Adding Missing Clock-Outs: If a staff member forgot to clock out, the owner or manager can manually add the correct clock-out time, maintaining accurate work hour records.
Adjust Holiday & Leave Settings: Directly access and modify holiday and leave policies for the staff member.
You can also Export attendance data for reporting or payroll purposes.
Additional Staff-Specific Tabs:
At the top of the staff profile, you’ll find two additional tabs:
Commission Program Tab: The Commission Program tab displays a summary of the staff member’s total, paid, and unpaid commissions for the selected period. Below, you’ll find a detailed list of commission orders, including the order date, amount earned, payment status, and an option to view more details for each commission entry. This helps track and manage all commission earnings efficiently.
Payroll Tab: Here, you can review payroll details specific to the staff member, including payment history, processed payouts, and payment methods. This ensures transparency and helps resolve any payroll-related queries quickly.
