Creating Commission Programs for Staff Members in Zon Staff Management:

Zon Staff Management allows you to design and assign custom commission programs to incentivize your staff and align their performance with your business goals. Follow this detailed guide to create a commission program for your team:

Step 1: Navigate to the Commission Program Tab

  • From your Zon Staff Management dashboard, select Commission Program from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Start a New Commission Program

  • Click the Create Program button located at the top right corner of the Commission Program page.

Step 3: Enter Program Details

  • Program Name: Enter a descriptive name for your commission program. This name will be visible to your staff members and should clearly indicate the purpose or target of the program.

  • Commission Type: Choose how you want to calculate commissions:

Fixed Amount: Assign a set dollar value per sale or product. Percentage: Assign a percentage of the sale value as commission.

  • Calculate Commission After Discount: Enable this option if you want commissions to be calculated on the sale price after any discounts are applied. If disabled, commissions will be based on the original price before discounts.

  • Limited Time Commission: If the commission program is only valid for a specific period, check this box and select the start and end dates using the calendar tool and click on Apply.

Step 4: Assign Staff Members

  • On the right-hand panel, search for and select the staff members who will participate in this commission program. You can select multiple staff members as needed.

Step 5: Select Products for Commission

  • Choose Products: Decide whether the commission applies to all products or only specific products:

Include All Products: The commission program will apply to every product in your store. Include Specific Products: Select individual products for which this commission will apply. Use the search and selection tools to add products to the program.

  • Set Commission Values: For each selected product, enter the fixed commission amount or percentage as appropriate.

  • To apply the same commission value to multiple products at once, use the Bulk Update Selected Products section, enter the value, and click Apply to Selected.

Step 6: Save the Commission Program

  • After reviewing all details and ensuring accuracy, click the Save button at the top right of the page to activate your commission program.
