  When **enabled,** any **break time** taken by staff will be **automatically subtracted** from their **total working hours,** ensuring only **productive time** is counted.
* **Calculate Weekly/Monthly Salary Starts After First Clock-In Date:**\
  **Activating** this setting means that **salary calculations** for **weekly or monthly** **periods** will begin from the **employee’s first clock-in date**, allowing for more precise **payroll management.**

  Access to features can be managed by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each tile. This allows administrators to instantly enable or disable specific tools for all staff using the portal, ensuring each staff member only sees the features intended for them.
